I loved that the author attached coffee drinking, an activity I do every day and enjoy, with an affirmation practice. She made it very easy by stating that it would only take 5 minutes while drinking your coffee in the morning. I did follow along, not sure it would work for me, but I found I loved doing it. I have been writing and re-writing my affirmations and it saying them each day starts my day on a positive note!
