Description

The configuration above has the folding foot rests and parent’s handle attached, but you can remove the handle and “fence” for a non-assisted version, and as they get older you can rotate the seat 90 degrees to convert it to standing scooter mode. Finance is provided by PayPal Credit (a trading name of PayPal UK Ltd, Whittaker House, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond-Upon-Thames, Surrey, United Kingdom, TW9 1EH). The original T bar handle, used for parents, now connects to the deck and becomes a Globber Primo 3 Wheel Adjustable Height Scooter. The footrest for the ride-on is sturdy and useful, and the transformation between ride-on and scooter can be done quickly and with no tools – unlike the similarly-designed Micro 3-in-1 Pushalong. I'm not going to lie, I handed it over to T to put together assuming it'd be way too hard {and frustrating} for me to put together.

Children can keep their hands on the T-bar with the kid-friendly T-bar throttle making steering safe and easy. Whether you're looking for a BMX or a mountain bike, there is something for bike lovers of every age group. The Globber range offers a series of ride-on scooters that transform from that first walking and push bike, to their first scoot for beginners. For the little ones who need some extra stability when they're scooting along, a three wheeled scooter is the way to go.The Go Up Comfort Play comes in quite a compact box with a sturdy plastic handle for carrying, measuring 58cm (l) x 22cm (w) x 26cm (h). Well-designed and functional in each of its three modes, the progression allows your toddler to learn new motor skills one at a time – all while being robust enough to take any number of toddler batterings for years to come. The Go up Comfort Play comes in pink or navy, and the Comfort (without the horn) comes in lime green and sky blue as well.

In practice, these handles are big enough for an adult to use – intentionally, as the T-bar is used as the parent handle in ride-on mode. Above is the configuration we used most during this test period: seated bike with parent handle and guardrail (“fence”) attached. Recommended for ages 1 all the way through 7, these scooters provide a multitude of different functions, providing you with a scooter that grows with the child. We use all reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of descriptions of Goods provided to us by the seller but may not have inspected the Goods prior to dispatch to you. Like the name suggests, it has 4 different functions in the 1 product so it grows and adapts along with your child. In this case, our 14 month old toddler is starting to walk/run everywhere, and he got a balance bike for his first birthday but hasn’t been able to get the hang of that model yet. The baseboard is a little more flimsy than the older, more substantial Globber models or even the 3StyleScooters or Micro Scooters competitors, and it bows just a little when jumped on. He didn’t immediately learn how to lean to steer, and fell down a few times, but he’s getting the hang of it with practice (it’s much easier for him than the previous balance bike we tried). It also increased the riding and balancing confidence of our tester’s toddler, as she was able to practice regularly for small amounts of time. We even have designs that feature changeable components so they can go from scooter to skateboard in just seconds!

The model we tested was the Globber Comfort Play but, since the end of our testing period, the model has been renamed the Go Up Comfort Play, so that’s the name we’ll be using in this review. This can be mastered in walking bike mode so that your toddler is already fairly familiar with it when trying the scooter for the first time.Home Retail Group Card Services Limited is registered in England (04007072) at 33 Holborn, London, United Kingdom, EC1N 2HT.

Some of our designs even feature a detachable padded seat for optimum comfort on the move and can go to top speeds of up to 11 miles per hour! Ideal for children aged from 18 months upwards, the 4-in-1 Scooter kit comes with a steering handle, as well as stabilisers to help young ones feel in control while keeping them safe and sound. When given a good shove to the front or to the side, the rubber ends of the hand grips hit first, which are big enough to take the impact without damage. The scooter has a number of safety features built in including the parental control handle when used as a balance bike so you know they can't zoom off when they're not confident enough. For example the magnetic buckle stops accidental pinching under the chin when the strap is being done up and undone. The Globber GO UP is a great first scooter for younger kids and a great way to introduce them to riding, scooting and learning balance. Items shipped on pallets will take between 48 and 72 hours of the item being shipped, and you will be contacted to arrange a suitable day. As the child grows and enhances their motor skills, the seat of the Globber GO UP 4-in-1 comes off the deck.
